Every Slowmile piece is printed for you when you order. We still give you the full EU right to change your mind.

14 days to change your mind

If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

1. Tell us within the 14 days: write to family@slowmile.co with your order number and the words "I withdraw from my order" (or use the form below).
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and unwashed, to the address we give you in our reply.
3. You pay the return postage.
4. We refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving them back (or of your proof that you sent them), to the card you paid with. We may reduce the refund if an item has been worn or washed.

This does not apply to items made to your own specifications (for example with your name or your car printed on them), or to 3D files once you have downloaded them.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If something arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, write to family@slowmile.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, and you pay nothing for postage. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply in full (in Estonia, two years from delivery).
