Club Terms

These terms cover the Slowmile Club subscription and the club chat in the Slowmile app. The app itself is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Slowmile is run by Keefirivunts OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia (family@slowmile.co).

The subscription

• Slowmile Club is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through Apple.
• If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or from the Club page in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

Members get the club chat, the member discount on Slowmile clothing, and other member features as they are added. We may change what's included; we won't take away what you've already paid for during a running period.

The club chat: zero tolerance

The chat is for people who like cars and each other. By joining you agree that you will not post:

• harassment, threats, hate, or attacks on anyone for who they are,
• sexual or violent content, or anything illegal,
• spam, scams, or advertising that isn't in the Market room,
• other people's private information,
• anything you don't have the right to share.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members.

• Every message can be reported, and any member can be blocked: long-press a message.
• Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and the member who posted it is removed from the club.
• Blocking hides that member's messages from you straight away.

Market room

Members may list cars, parts and items for sale in the Market room. Deals are between members; Slowmile is not a party to them and doesn't guarantee anything listed.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to other members in the chat. Delete your messages any time, or your whole chat account in Settings.

Alignment and car data

Slowmile's alignment measurements are a DIY aid using your iPhone's sensors. They are not a replacement for a professional alignment. Check your work and drive carefully. Values and estimates in the app (like car value) are guides only.

Other

Slowmile is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Porsche AG. Model names are used only to describe cars. Estonian law applies, without taking away rights you have under the law where you live.
